Cinque Terre

This is where I am visiting this weekend.

The Cinque Terre is noted for its beauty. Over centuries, man has carefully built terraces on the rugged, steep landscape right up to the cliffs that overlook the sea. Part of its charm is the lack of visible "modern" development. Paths, trains and boats connect the villages and cars can not reach it from the outside.

Hey everyone!! I just added some pics, I hope you like them!! Molly also created a blog and her website is mbrau.blogspot.com so you should check that out too. We didn't do much tonight. It is 10:22 here right now, I'm tired. We booked a trip to Cinque Terre this weekend, I'm really excited about it!! People have said it is awesome, I can't wait to find out for myself! We hung out with the Iowa boys in our room tonight and booked our trip, they're going with us. I have homework to do tonight, yuck!! I have to make some vocab notecards for my music class then read two chapters for my Communication class, which stinks!! I don't really like the food here too much, but there were fries tonight at supper so I was a happy camper! No ranch here though, that I have seen so far, that's going to take some getting used to. I'm sure they have it here, just not in our school cafeteria. I forgot to say in my last post that at the bar there is wine on tap, haha! Molly and I took a nap today after lunch and there was a lady singing opera outside our window, it was interesting. Well I better get off and get my homework done so I can hit the hay and sleep in a bed tonight instead of the cold floor. Post comments on my pics and write stuff to me, I miss everyone!!!!!!!!!!! I want to hear from you!!!!!!!!!!
